1. Who we are and what this policy covers
EURL STUDIO ULTRA is the controller for the personal information we process to operate our website, answer enquiries and provide our apps and games. This policy covers our products that link to it, our website, and privacy and support communications. Our contact address is 1 RUE DU PORT, CRAMANS, 39600, France. Email michaeldameu420@gmail.com or call +13614273575.
Products can have different features. Sections about accounts, cloud services, advertising, analytics, purchases, sensitive permissions or connected tools apply only when the product actually provides that feature. Product-specific notices explain the processing enabled in your version. This policy is not consent to optional tracking or permission to access your device.
2. Categories of information
The information involved depends on the service you use and your choices:
| Category | When it applies and what it can include |
|---|---|
| On-device records | Game progress, scores, preferences, saved selections, drafts or other content stored by a local feature. On-device storage alone does not mean information is sent to us. |
| Support information | Your contact details, messages and attachments when you contact us or submit a privacy request. |
| Technical service records | IP address, access time, requested page, response status and browser information for website visits. An online, diagnostic or SDK-backed feature may also process device/app versions, error information, service events or identifiers disclosed for that feature. |
| Accounts and user content | Where an account, cloud, communication or upload feature exists: information you provide to sign in, a profile, submitted content and records needed to deliver that feature. |
| Optional sensitive inputs | Where a feature needs them: selected photos/files, camera input, microphone input or location. The feature notice and permission request explain the input and whether it stays local or is transmitted. |
Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information, passwords or payment-card details in support messages or uploads.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Information is used to provide the feature you request, preserve preferences or progress, answer support and privacy enquiries, keep services reliable and secure, investigate abuse, and meet legal obligations. Information must not be reused for an incompatible purpose without the required notice and lawful basis.
Where European or UK data-protection law applies, processing may be based on performance of a requested service or contract, consent for an optional activity, legitimate interests in answering enquiries and protecting a reliable service, or a legal obligation. The appropriate basis depends on the processing. Where consent is used, you can withdraw it; withdrawal does not invalidate processing already lawfully completed.
4. Local storage and device backup
Local app and game records are kept on your device to support the relevant function. An offline feature does not require those records to be uploaded. A separate network, account, sharing or synchronization feature is described in its own notice.
Backup behavior can vary by product and Android/device settings. Some products disable system backup; others may allow the operating system to back up or transfer app data. Check the product information and your device's backup controls. System backup, where enabled, is operated by your device or platform provider.
5. Permissions and device controls
A product should request only permissions needed for the function it offers. Depending on its features, these can include notifications, background media playback, vibration, camera, microphone, selected files/photos or location. Permission prompts and relevant in-app disclosures explain sensitive access before it takes place.
You can manage permissions in your device settings. Denying or withdrawing a permission may limit the related feature. A notification or vibration permission does not, by itself, mean your messages, microphone or location are accessed. An external link may open a browser or another app under that service's own policy.
6. Camera, audio, location and connected tools
Where an optional feature uses camera input, audio recording, location or selected files, its notice identifies the purpose, the information involved and any external recipient. Access is limited to the requested function and applicable permission or consent. Playing built-in audio is different from recording microphone input.
If a connected or AI-assisted feature sends prompts, images, audio or other content to an external processor, the product must identify that processing and relevant provider before use. Such a feature must not be assumed to work entirely on-device. Information about retention and any use beyond answering the request must be supplied for that feature; do not submit confidential or unnecessary sensitive content.
7. Accounts, cloud features and shared content
Where an account or cloud feature is offered, account information and relevant records may be processed to authenticate you, deliver the feature and maintain security. A synchronization feature may transfer the records you choose or those necessary to synchronize. Offline products without accounts do not gain an account merely because this section appears in the policy.
Where a product lets you publish or share content, the interface identifies its audience. Information you deliberately make public or send to another person can be copied or retained by recipients. Use the relevant sharing and privacy controls.
8. Analytics, diagnostics and crash reports
If a product includes analytics or crash reporting, the feature-specific notice identifies the provider, data categories and purpose. Relevant data can include app/device versions, feature-use events, error logs, performance measurements and disclosed identifiers. Sensitive content should not be added to diagnostic records unnecessarily.
Optional measurement or tracking must use the consent or choice required by applicable law. A product without these services does not transmit such reports under this policy. Its actual Data safety declaration and in-app notices should describe the enabled services.
9. Advertising and tracking choices
Where an app or game displays advertising, the applicable notice identifies the advertising providers and data used. Depending on configuration and consent, advertising technology can process an advertising identifier, IP address, approximate location inferred from that address, device information and ad interactions to deliver ads, prevent fraud or measure performance.
Personalized advertising and tracking require the choices applicable to the user's region and age. You can use available in-app consent controls and device advertising settings. Where law provides an opt-out from sale, sharing or targeted advertising, you can exercise it through the product's controls or contact us. Applicable recognized opt-out signals must be handled where legally required. Non-advertising products do not add advertising tracking because this policy discusses it.
10. Purchases and subscriptions
If a product offers a paid download, in-app purchase or subscription, payments made through Google Play or another app store are processed by that store. The store's payment, billing and subscription policies apply. Transaction references and entitlement status may be used to provide the purchased access, support a refund enquiry and prevent fraud where the product uses those functions.
Do not send card numbers to our support email. Subscription cancellation and account/data deletion are separate actions: use the store's subscription controls to manage recurring billing where applicable.
11. Website logs and cookies
The website's server processes technical request information to deliver pages, diagnose faults and protect against abuse. Access and error logs can contain IP addresses, request times, requested URLs, response codes, browser information and a referring address if your browser sends it.
This website uses self-hosted static pages and assets. It does not add advertising cookies, analytics scripts, tracking pixels or a visitor account system. Links to external sites are handled by those sites. If non-essential website tracking is introduced, the relevant notice and choices will be provided before it is used.
The current hosting configuration rotates routine logs daily and keeps 14 rotated archives, normally about 15 days including the active log. Relevant records may be retained longer for an incident, legal obligation or legal claim.
12. Service providers and disclosures
Our website uses OVHcloud infrastructure and our published support email uses Google's Gmail service. These providers process information needed for hosting and email. See OVHcloud's privacy information and Google's privacy information.
Where a product uses cloud, authentication, payment, advertising, analytics or other SDK-backed features, its notice must identify the relevant recipients and purposes. This policy does not assert that every product uses every category of provider.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to establish or defend legal claims, protect against abuse, or complete a business transfer with the legally required protections and notices. Information is limited to what is necessary for the applicable purpose. App stores, device providers and external services also process information independently under their own policies.
13. Retention periods
Local records remain until removed by the relevant reset/delete control, device settings, uninstallation or the applicable backup process. Routine website-log retention is explained above.
Support correspondence is kept for the time needed to answer the request and handle directly related follow-up, then removed when no longer needed. Account, cloud, diagnostic or transaction records, where a product uses them, must have retention periods or criteria appropriate to the feature and disclosed in its notice. Applicable legal, security or fraud-prevention requirements may justify retaining limited records longer; the relevant reason must be explained when it affects a deletion request.
14. Deleting data and accounts
For data stored only on your device, use an in-app reset/delete control where provided, Android's Clear storage/Clear data option or uninstallation. Device and cloud backup copies may require separate action through the backup provider. We cannot remotely retrieve records never sent to us.
Where a product supports account creation, account deletion must be accessible inside the product and through an external request channel. Request deletion of an account or information we hold by emailing michaeldameu420@gmail.com. Identify the service involved, the account/contact information needed to locate the records, and what you want removed. Do not include a password.
Deletion covers associated data subject to lawful retention exceptions. Disabling an account is not the same as deleting it. We may ask for reasonable information to verify identity and explain any applicable exception.
15. Security
Appropriate safeguards depend on the service and information involved. These include limiting access, using app-private storage where appropriate, minimizing sensitive information in logs and using secure transport for online personal information. Our public website is configured for HTTPS.
Connected features and their providers must use safeguards appropriate to their data. No method of storage or transmission offers an absolute guarantee. Please keep your device, operating system and apps updated and report a suspected privacy or security issue using the contact details below.
16. Children and families
Age ratings and any product-specific audience information apply to the product you use. A child-directed service or a service knowingly collecting personal information from children must use the parental notice, verifiable consent and other safeguards required by law, including COPPA where applicable to children under 13.
Where an app is offered to children, advertising and SDK use must follow the relevant child-safety requirements; personal information must not be used for prohibited profiling or behavioral advertising. A parent or guardian may contact us to ask about a child's information or request its deletion. Include only what is needed to locate the relevant records.
17. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, applicable law and the processing, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of personal information, correct it, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, receive portable information, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain sale, sharing, profiling or targeted-advertising activities. California rights apply where the CCPA covers the business and processing; other US state laws may provide additional rights or an appeal process.
Email us to exercise a right or ask about an applicable opt-out. Identity checks must be proportionate to the request, and we respond within the applicable legal timeframe. Where permitted, an authorized agent can submit a request with appropriate authority. You should not be unlawfully discriminated against for exercising a privacy right.
For users protected by European or UK data-protection law, a complaint can also be made to the relevant supervisory authority. In France, you can contact the French data-protection authority, CNIL, at cnil.fr. You may also contact the authority in your place of residence, work or the alleged infringement. Contact us if you need help identifying the records or request channel that applies.
18. International processing
Hosting, email, app-store and feature-specific providers can process information outside your country. Where international-transfer restrictions apply, information must be transferred using an applicable legal mechanism, safeguard or lawful exception. Contact us for information about arrangements relevant to a service or communication you use.
19. Changes and product notices
The date on this page identifies the latest policy update. We may update this policy when products, providers, data practices or applicable requirements change. New features do not automatically authorize new collection because they are mentioned here. The relevant product notice, Data safety declaration, permissions and required consent must be updated before new processing begins.
Where a material change requires notice or a renewed choice, that notice or choice must be provided. Keep the version of a product and its current notices in mind when reviewing how a particular feature works.
